BLACK SCREEN SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT: YOU SHOULD CAREFULLY READ THIS 
LEGAL AGREEMENT BEFORE INSTALLING THIS PACKAGE.
BY INSTALLING BLACK SCREEN,
YOU ACCEPT ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF 
THIS AGREEMENT AND AGREE THAT YOU WILL BE 
LEGALLY BOUND BY THEM. IF THESE TERMS AND 
CONDITIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE TO YOU, 
DO NOT CONTINUE TO INSTALL THIS SOFTWARE.

BLACK SCREEN SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT LICENSE TERMS

Oleg I. Galkin - the Author of Black Screen software product ("Author") 
grants you ("Customer") a license to use the software product Black Screen 
and it's documentation, subject to the separate, applicable provisions below. 
Black Screen may also be called "TBS" or "BS" in Black Screen software 
documentation, web site and the program itself.

1. PROVISIONS FOR BLACK SCREEN

COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP OF PROGRAM: Black Screen software is the proprietary 
product of Author and its licensors and it is protected 
by copyright, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.

Customer acquires only the right to use Black Screen and does not 
acquire any rights, express or implied, in Black Screen.

Customer shall not remove any product identification, copyright
notices, or other notices or proprietary restrictions from Black Screen

Customer shall not cause or permit reverse engineering,
disassembly, or decompilation of Black Screen.

UNINSTALL INSTRUCTIONS:
Customer may uninstall Black Screen at any time
by going to Control Panel, clicking Add/Remove Software
selecting Black Screen and clicking the Remove button.

NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND: BLACK SCREEN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" 
WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, 
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES 
OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  
AUTHOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS CONTAINED 
IN BLACK SCREEN WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR OPERATE 
IN AN ENVIRONMENT CREATED BY YOU OR THAT THE OPERATION 
OF BLACK SCREEN WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE OR 
THAT BLACK SCREEN ERRORS WILL BE CORRECTED. 
THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO THE QUALITY AND PERFORMANCE 
OF BLACK SCREEN IS WITH YOU. 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: NEITHER AUTHOR NOR 
ANY OF ITS LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES 
CAUSED BY BLACK SCREEN INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO INDIRECT, 
INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES 
FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF SAVINGS, REVENUE, DATA, 
INCURRED BY CUSTOMER OR ANY THIRD PARTY, EVEN IF AUTHOR 
HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

2. PRIVACY

BLACK SCREEN WEB SITES: Black Screen web sites may use cookies to track users. 
Black Screen affiliates and advertisers may also use cookies.

CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT CUSTOMER HAS READ 
THIS AGREEMENT, UNDERSTANDS IT AND AGREES TO BE BOUND 
BY ITS TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
